IABG Member Meeting - April 25th
IABG will hold a Member Meeting on Friday, April 25th at 12:30 at National Louis University, 122 S. Michigan Ave, 2nd Floor Atrium, Chicago, IL. The meeting will focus on policy issues that impact our efforts to build and protect assets for Illinois residents.

Directly preceeding our meeting in the same location, the Public Action Foundation, the research and education arm of of Citizen Action/Illinois, and the Woodstock Institute will release a report on the payday loan industry in Cook County. Guest speakers will be on hand to discuss the impact of these lending practices.
IABG supports legislation championed by these groups to assure payday loans have appropriate consumer protections to avoid putting people into a cycle of debt. The report release begin at 11:30am. All are encouraged to attend both events.
