2007-2008 Assets & Opportunity Scorecard
The Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) developed the 2007-2008 Assets and Opportunity Scorecard, a comprehensive look at wealth, poverty, and financial security of families in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The Scorecard measures Financial Security, Business Development, Howeownership, Health Care, and Education.
