Children's Savings Accounts

IABG is leading a Campaign for Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) based on the recommendations put forth by the Illinois Child Savings Account Task Force. Universal Children’s Savings Accounts in Illinois aim to address the low educational attainment, rising cost of post-secondary education, and the growing inequality that we see throughout our communities. CSAs will bring opportunity and security to Illinois families, providing a savings account at birth for every Illinois child.
